For overalls, jumpsuits and tops, check the measurements and the selected size and colour on the individual listing. Workwear-inspired is a style description, not a claim of protective equipment or workplace certification.
The delivery figures
We serve the United States market.
There are two stages: processing takes 2–5 business days after receipt of a complete order and payment; transit takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Allow approximately 9–20 business days in total. The transit period does not include processing.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Check the merchandise amount against these delivery bands before paying.

The same processing and transit estimates apply to the VIP option; it does not carry a separate promise of faster arrival.

Returns within 30 days
Request deadline: 30 days after delivery. Count from receipt of the order, not purchase. You need to contact us during that period; it is not a requirement for the returned parcel to arrive within the same 30 days.
Contact contact@menniubi.com first to receive the return address and instructions. Our registered business address is not a return address. We do not charge a return processing fee. Item condition, return postage and original-payment refunds are explained in the Return and Refund Policy.
Corrections and cancellations
Need an address change or cancellation? Email contact@menniubi.com promptly with the order reference. What can be changed depends on the order’s status and must be confirmed.
Changes to a dispatched parcel cannot be guaranteed. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer a revised shipment date or cancellation of the unshipped order for a refund. A failed delivery or incorrect address will be reviewed with you; it does not automatically forfeit all refund rights.
