SHIPPING POLICY
Menniubi is operated by HONG KONG HONGTOU TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Check three things before paying: whether the address is accepted, the delivery charge, and both parts of the estimated timeline.
1. Check the delivery address
Our delivery market is the United States. Available options for your address appear at checkout. If the address is not accepted, contact us before ordering.
2. Check the charge
Check the merchandise amount against these delivery bands before paying.

The same processing and transit estimates apply to the VIP option; it does not carry a separate promise of faster arrival.
For an amount outside these listed ranges, contact contact@menniubi.com to confirm delivery options before paying. Review the shipping charge and any taxes actually displayed at checkout before completing payment.
3. Count both stages
There are two stages: processing takes 2–5 business days after receipt of a complete order and payment; transit takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Allow approximately 9–20 business days in total. The transit period does not include processing.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
4. Follow the order
Tracking details will be sent after dispatch. If those details are missing, or the delivery estimate has passed, email contact@menniubi.com with the order number so we can investigate with the delivery service.
Changes and delays
Need an address change or cancellation? Email contact@menniubi.com promptly with the order reference. What can be changed depends on the order’s status and must be confirmed.
Changes to a dispatched parcel cannot be guaranteed. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer a revised shipment date or cancellation of the unshipped order for a refund. A failed delivery or incorrect address will be reviewed with you; it does not automatically forfeit all refund rights.
For delivered items, return or refund requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request the return address and who pays return postage.
